With over 15 years of experience navigating the complexities of corporate supply chain and leadership, I know what it takes not just to survive in Corporate America — but to thrive with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I grew up immersed in the world of supply chain, inspired by my parents’ careers and a household that valued strategic thinking, leadership, and practical problem-solving. Following in my father’s footsteps, I earned an engineering degree and stepped into a Fortune 100 company, where I led a team of 30+ right out of the gate — and quickly learned the difference between managing and leading, and what leadership really means.
Over the next decade and a half, I built a successful career across food & beverage, FMCG/CPG, and tech, holding roles in operations, logistics, and senior leadership. I led strategy, managed performance, made key hiring decisions, and mentored rising talent — earning 14 promotions in 14 years.
But what truly lit me up wasn’t the titles or promotions — it was developing people, coaching leaders, and creating high-impact, high-integrity teams. That’s what inspired me to launch Anchor & Crest: a career and leadership coaching practice dedicated to helping professionals unlock their full potential, land the right opportunities, and lead at the level they know they’re capable of.
I’m a certified Senior Professional Career Coach (SPCC) through the International Association of Career Coaches (IACC), a designation that reflects advanced expertise in career development, leadership transitions, and executive coaching. This certification recognizes a high standard of practice in coaching professionals through complex career moves and workplace challenges. As a member of The Path, IACC’s graduate community, I’m committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering impactful results for my clients.
